SSC Combined Hindi Translators JHT Recruitment 2025: Apply Online for 437 Posts

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the official notification for the Combined Hindi Translators Examination (JHT, SHT, ST) 2025. Eligible candidates interested in joining various government departments as Hindi Translators can apply online from 05 June 2025 to 26 June 2025 (up to 11 PM) through the official website ssc.gov.in.

Application Fee

  • General / OBC / EWS: ₹100/-

  • SC / ST / PH / Female: ₹0/- (Exempted)

  • Payment via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or SBI e-Challan.

  • Minimum: 18 Years

  • Maximum: 30 Years

  • Age Relaxation as per SSC rules.

Eligibility:

  • Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory subject, OR

  • Master’s Degree in any subject with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory subject at degree level, AND

  • Recognized diploma or certificate course in translation, OR 2–3 years of experience depending on the post.

Post Codes & Titles:

  • A/B/C: Junior Hindi Translator / Junior Translation Officer (JHT/JTO)

  • D: Senior Hindi Translator / Senior Translator (SHT/ST)

  • E: Sub Inspector (Hindi Translator) in CRPF — Requires additional physical standards.

    • Height: Male 165 cm, Female 155 cm

    • Chest: Male 77-82 cm

Selection Process

  • Medical Exam (only for SI in CRPF)

  2. Upload Live Photo using webcam/MySSC app with light/white background.

  3. Fill out the online application and upload documents.

  4. Pay the application fee and submit the form.

  5. Take a printout of the final submitted form.
