UPSC NDA & NA II Recruitment 2025 – Apply for 406 Posts

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the official notification for the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (II), 2025. The examination, under Notice No. 10/2025-NDA-II, invites applications from unmarried male and female candidates for recruitment to the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings of the NDA and the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy.

• NDA Navy Wing: 42 Posts – 12th Class Passed with PCM

• NDA Air Force (Flying): 92 Posts – 12th Class Passed with PCM

• NDA Air Force (Ground Tech.): 18 Posts – 12th Class Passed with PCM

• NDA Air Force (Ground Non-Tech.): 10 Posts – 12th Class Passed with PCM

• Naval Academy (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme): 36 Posts – 12th Class Passed with PCM

🎯 Age Limit

• Candidates must be born between 2 January 2007 and 1 January 2010.

• Only unmarried male and female candidates are eligible.

• Candidates must not marry until completion of training.

2. SSB Interview – Includes Intelligence and Personality Test

📝 Exam Pattern

Written Test (900 Marks)

• Paper I – Mathematics: 2.5 Hours, 300 Marks

• Paper II – General Ability Test: 2.5 Hours, 600 Marks

  • Part A – English: 200 Marks

  • Part B – General Knowledge (including Science, History, Geography): 400 Marks

• Negative Marking: 1/3rd mark deduction for incorrect answers

SSB Interview

• Interview & Personality Test: 900 Marks

• Conducted by Services Selection Board (SSB) after written result declaration
